Q. How can I connect with women in XR?

A. The easiest way to engage with other women in XR is by joining our Facebook group. We encourage every new member to introduce themselves in their initial post. Feel free to ask our community for advice, share your experience, look for or post job opportunities, etc. In our directory you can also find women across Europe who are open for job opportunities, collaborations and speaking opportunities. You can also meet other women in XR face to face - see below.

Q. How can I meet other women in XR?

A. Our local Brand Ambassadors organise regular meet-ups in different European cities. Moreover, we offer networking events at many conferences throughout Europe and beyond. Join our meetup group to stay up to date about our events.

Q. Do you offer any kind of training?

A. We are planning to organise courses and workshops covering different topics e.g. tech development, funding and go-to-market strategies in the future. For now, check our resources page with useful links to third party training providers.

Q. How can I become a member?

A. We do not have memberships as such. To be part of the Women in Immersive Technologies community, simply join our Facebook group. Moreover, you can add your profile information in our directory to be found by companies looking for speakers or talents.

Q. Do you offer a mentorship programme?

A. We are working on a mentorship programme to connect experienced women and allies with women who want to gain a foothold in the XR market with their startup. For now, you can ask our Facebook community for advice on specific topics. Our members are happy to help.
