At Women in Immersive Tech Europe, our vision is to create an inclusive network of talented women who are driving Europe’s virtual, augmented and mixed reality sectors.

We want our network to break barriers and to be an inspiration for Women in Immersive Technologies all over the world. The WIIT community is a place to connect, meet like-minded women from across Europe, and find the resources to learn and grow.

Goals

Women in Immersive Technologies Europe is all about community. Our overall goal is to support women in virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality and any future extended realities. In order to achieve this, we focus on four main areas:

Connect.
–

We connect women in immersive technologies and facilitate an exchange between stakeholders, whether they are looking for a business partner, talent, mentors or investors.

MEET.
–

Events are the centrepiece of our efforts. Our meet-ups take place in different locations throughout Europe and offer an opportunity to network and share experiences.

Inspire.
–

We inspire women to start a career in VR, AR, MR. We also encourage them to stay motivated and keep going during tough times by providing useful advice and support.

Learn.
–

We enable women to improve their skills, helping them succeed in XR. We provide online learning resources, workshops and training with partners.
