On December 8, we opened a new chapter.
Women in Immersive Tech Europe is evolving into a broader platform for women shaping the industries of tomorrow. Europe stands at a pivotal moment.
As AI, spatial computing, climate technologies, biotech, and other frontier innovations reshape our economies and societies, inclusion can no longer be an afterthought. The systems we design today will determine how opportunity, power, and trust are distributed tomorrow.
While many initiatives support women in tech, most intervene once structures and hierarchies are already in place. WIIT focuses earlier - at the steepest point of the innovation curve - when technologies are still being defined, and influence is still possible.
We support women in stepping into emerging industries early, with confidence, visibility, and agency, and in helping redefine leadership models grounded in ethics, responsibility, and long-term impact.

To accelerate this next phase, we are actively seeking:
Founding Partners: Strategic organisations committed to a 3-year engagement, co-shaping our long-term vision, programmes, and European impact.

Goals
Women in Industries of Tomorrow (formerly Women in Immersive Tech Europe) is about community and opportunity. Our mission is to help women enter and thrive in frontier industries - from immersive tech and AI to climate, biotech, and quantum - when influence is still possible.
We do this by focusing on four pillars:
