Leen Segers

Co-FOUNDER

Leen, a Brussels-based entrepreneur turned investor, brings over a decade of tech experience to the game. Previously working with startups across Europe, she founded LucidWeb, a WebVR company, securing $1M in funding. The platform gained international acclaim, used by major film festivals and institutions like MIT's Docubase.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Leen co-authored XR-focused research initiatives and served on advisory boards. Since 2022, she shifted to investing, working with The VR Fund, contributing to the setup of Miles Ahead (an AI-focused venture studio), and supporting Meta-backed DVRSTY program (by Field of View Ventures).

As of November 2023, Leen is the Managing Director at ForsVC, an €18M fund dedicated to game studios and gametech investments.

 
 
 
Ioana Matei

Ioana Matei

Co-FOUNDER

Leader of Virtual Solutions at Procter & Gamble and professional Film Maker. Ioana has 15+ years of experience delivering global IT services supporting 65 billion dollars sales ranging from business intelligence to immersive technologies. Ioana’s feminist voice can be heard via her films, like the award-winning short Amazones (2015) and the newly produced feature The Bellwether (2019). Her passion for VR made her organize a VR Film Festival which take place every year in Los Angeles, June time (FAFF) and offer coaching to startups in this space.

 
 
 
Sara Lisa Vogl

Sara Lisa Vogl

Co-FOUNDER

Sara’s current area of focus is User Experience (UX) Design for Virtual Reality.

She is an independent consultant, speaker and designer for all things Virtual. She's also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council for VR/AR and is collaboratively constructing and exploring VR experiences since 2013. A background in communication arts & interactive media and in love with the idea of new worlds, Sara is on a mission to go beyond the status quo of what immersive virtual realities are and explore their diverse potentials for the future. Driven by the quest to create deep immersion in her experiences the Berlin based futurist is exploring new interaction concepts as well as experimental ways of storytelling. By creating immersive installations Sara is working with sensors, haptics and the intersection between algorithms and real worlds.

 
 
 
Vera Grablechner

Vera L. B. Grablechner, MA

Co-FOUNDER

Vera is a Digital Media Expert with extensive experience in digital marketing, innovation and project management. As Digital Innovation and Business Consultant, Vera helps businesses understand digitisation, explore pioneering technologies at an early stage and predict emerging potentials.

She developed a keen interest in immersive technologies during her Master’s studies in Digital Media at London Metropolitan University. While writing her dissertation about “The Use of Virtual Reality in Medical Education” and founding a VR for Good start-up, she not only realised the big potential Extended Realities (XR) offer, but also the lack of female representation in the sector. Eager to make a change, Vera co-founded WiiT.
